Dr. Manaswita Roy (PT)

Dr. Manaswita Roy (PT) is a distinguished member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapist. Dr. Roy, the founder of “thera world”, an Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic in Kolkata is heading the team of Orthopaedic and Neuro Physiotherapist. With an experience of eleven years, she is receiving widespread appreciation and acclaim for her professionalism and expertise.

She passed her BPTh/BPT successfully in the year 2009 from the West Bengal University of Health Science. She did her internship and rendered her gifted service in country’s reputed hospitals and clinics. She felt the need for establishing a multi-specialty Occupational Therapy Clinic in Kolkata. Dr. Manaswita Roy gained knowledge and certifications on multiple facets of wellness including Needle Therapy and Orthopedic Manual Therapy from well-known Capri Institute.

In the year 2017, she added another feather to her crown by completing MPTh/MPT from a prestigious Physiotherapy College in Kolkata called ‘Nopany Institute of Healthcare Studies’. She has been the best outstanding student in her BPT and MPT. A gold-medallist with an inquisitive mind, she is currently providing Physiotherapy treatment for Cervical Spondylitis, Knee Osteoarthritis, Tennis Elbow, Heel Spur and Back Pain. She also provides therapy for Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s Disease. Her creation Thera World has now introduced itself as the Best Speech Therapy Clinic in South Kolkata and also an integrated unit of Electrotherapy Clinic in Kolkata. Her main aim is to reach out all and give her small contribution to make this world relieved from intolerable pain !
